Virtual Assistant Services

Rates are market competitive and tailored to individual clients and their projects. Since each client has different needs it is not possible to establish a standard fee. Pricing ranges from an hourly rate to a per project cost. The following price list gives an indication of charges.

Word Processing £12 per hour
Basic WP documents, letters, memos, manuals

PA/Secretarial Services £14 per hour
Letter writing, diary management, itinerary planning, travel arrangement, event/meeting organisation, reminder services, general administrative support, copying, faxing, invoicing

CV/Resume Service £15 per hour
CV preparation & word-processing, cover letter, personal letter-headed paper, CV on computer disk, etc

Database/Spreadsheet £16 - £20 per hour
Set-up, management, contact lists, mailing lists, mailing labels

Small Business/Start-up Organization £16-£20 per hour
Book-keeping, PAYE, invoicing, etc

Desktop Publishing £20 per hour
Brochures, flyers, menus, letterheads, business cards, newsletters, greeting cards, invitations

Computer Software Tuition £25 per hour
Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, Word, etc

Student Services £10 per hour or £1.75 per page
Manuscripts, Term Papers, Thesis Typing. Reduced rates available for students
